The Council of the RM of Headingley has declared a Local Statement of Emergency due to overland flooding.  There are several areas within the municipality that are experiencing overland flooding.  The main area of concern is Dodd's Rd.  Sand and sandbags are being delivered to Dodd's Rd. for the residents of that area.  

There are several pumps set up at strategic locations to try to relieve some of the pressure in this area.
