The RM of Headingley commissioned a study to provide a 5 year capital plan for new or extended recreation services in Headingley. This report was based in part from a survey that was provided to all residents.
In 2021 the RM of Headingley received the final report from Scatliff Miller Murray for the Headingley Outdoor Recreation Facilities Development Plan which was based on information provided by the Recreation Master Plan.
